About Lucy

Lucy Freegard is an illustrator, designer and children's book author based in Bristol, UK. She has an MA in children's book illustration, a BA in illustration from Cardiff School of Art & Design and did her art foundation at Falmouth University.

Lucy loves to draw cute, fun and colourful characters and uses a mixture of watercolour paints, pens, colour pencils and Photoshop to create her designs.

She is published by Pavilion Children's Books and Jellycat.
