About Liz
It was whilst studying Graphic Design at the Central School of Art and Design
in London that Liz fell in love with print reproduction.
Liz found the shapes of typeface letter forms beautiful in their own right and
the way the character of the different fonts could reinforce the meaning of the
word they were spelling intrigued her.
The process of printing from the humble potato print or lino-cut to lithography provided a huge amount of satisfaction for Liz. She went on to teach auto-lithography at Chesterfield College of Art in the UK.
For many years Liz was a surface pattern designer for one of the UK’s best known ceramic manufacturers and revelled in the variety of mug shapes produced and the different styles of decoration required.
Liz has many graphic styles to call upon and tailor her style to the product and the brief in hand.
