New Artist: Maria Taylor. We are excited to announce that Maria Taylor has joined our agency.
Maria is a freelance illustrator living in Cornwall.
Since 2005 she has worked both freelance and also as an ‘in house’ designer and illustrator.
Maria’s work is versatile, working both digitally and traditionally she loves to explore visual narrative, especially creating fun quirky characters.
Storytelling is a big part of her work, inspired by overheard conversations, human behaviour, the outdoors and the colours of the Cornish landscape.
Throughout her career as an illustrator, Maria has been commissioned to produce work for a wide variety of clients.
She has illustrated children’s books, editorials for magazines, pattern design for craft magazines, educational artwork, greeting cards & more.
Some of Maria’s clients include Carlton Books, Penguin, DC Thomson, Stabilo, Tango Books, Otter House, Haymarket Publishing & Almanac Gallery.
