About Clarice
Clarice is a designer and artist from Toronto, Canada. She teaches watercolour over YouTube tutorials and hosts lovely watercolour experience events at various wineries in Niagara Wine Country.
Clarice is currently a brand ambassador for Princeton Artist Brush Co., a popular brand for art brushes.
Clarice graduated from George Brown College in Toronto with a certificate in graphic design and freelanced as a graphic & web designer for many years. While working on a custom client project she decided to try her hand at watercolour and loved it! Over time Clarice learnt the various techniques of this medium and her distinctive style began to emerge.
YouTube tutorials started out as a way to ‘give back’ and help others learn. During the pandemic they blossomed into something much more. It grew into a watercolour community that paints and learns with Clarice continues to share her knowledge online (over YouTube, Zoom & Instagram) and offline at wineries and restaurant/cafes (over the Paint & Sip Events).
Her hope is that people fall in love with watercolour and use it as a creative outlet that provides them with relaxation and fun. A therapy of sorts that leaves them with something pretty to look at or share with loved ones.
